2. What is the mix ratio?

50g EnerForce added to 500ml preferred liquid (either milk, plain yoghurt or water).  The mixing ratio is 1 part EnerForce to 10 parts liquid, depending on personal taste, one can drop the ratio to 1:8 for a sweeter flavour.

3. Can you mix it with Milk/protein/cereal?

Yes, Yes & Yes please!

4. How long can you store it?

EnerForce has a shelf life of two years in its powder form. Once mixed with a liquid consume within 3 - 4 days if refrigerated, as there are no preservatives in  EnerForce .

5. What flavours does it come in?

Blueberry, Cream Soda, Naartjie, Orange, Peach, Pineapple, Raspberry, Cherry, Grape, Strawberry, Passion Fruit.

6. Do you offer sugar based version?

We also sell Impilo for those who prefer sugar based energy as well as Vita C for those who need a boost and Monati which is a liquid concentrate.

7.  Can Enerforce be used for training purposes?
